IKEA PAX and similar systems assembled square, levelled on uneven floors, anchored to the wall and finished with filler panels where you want a built-in look for a flat pack price.

Do you build fitted wardrobes or just assemble them?

Both. We install made-to-measure fitted wardrobes into alcoves, sloping ceilings and full walls, and we also assemble and secure freestanding wardrobe systems such as IKEA PAX, including cutting filler panels so the result reads as fitted.
Can you fit wardrobes around chimney breasts and alcoves?

Yes. Alcove work is the heart of wardrobe fitting in South East London's Victorian houses: carcasses are scribed to out-of-true walls and doors are aligned so the reveal is even top to bottom.
Do wardrobes have to be fixed to the wall?

Tall wardrobes should always be anchored. Manufacturers require it and it is the difference between furniture and a tipping hazard, so anchoring into sound fixings is part of every installation we do.
