SINA Kitchen Fitters
Privacy policy
Last updated 7 October 2026
In short: We use the details you give us to reply to your enquiry and, if you book us, to do the job. We never sell your information and we don't send marketing emails. Your rights are in section 8.
1. Who we are
SINA Kitchen Fitters ("we", "us") is the trading name of Xhulio Sina, a sole trader based in West Wickham. We fit kitchens, wardrobes and flat pack furniture across South East London.
We are the "controller" of the personal information in this policy, which means we decide how it is used. This policy covers our website, sinakitchenfitters.com, and enquiries you send us through the website form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
Questions about this policy: email info@sinakitchenfitters.com or call 07743 644638.
2. What we collect
In short: What you send us, a note of how you found the website (only if you send the form), and the basic technical data every website needs.
When you contact us
- Enquiry form: the type of job, your name and phone number, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, postcode or area, and a description of the job.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you send us, such as photos of your room, measurements or your kitchen supplier's plan.
- If we quote for or carry out work: the address of the property, details of the work, and payment records.
How you found the website
When you arrive on the website, it notes how you found us: the advert, search engine or website that sent you (including any campaign tags in the link, such as "utm_source", and any Google Ads click ID), the page you landed on, and when.
This note is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. It is used for 90 days at most, and deleted on your next visit after that. It only reaches us if you send the enquiry form, when it is attached to your enquiry. We use it to see which adverts and listings bring us enquiries. It is not used to follow you around other websites. You can delete it at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser.
Technical information
Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically handles the technical information needed to deliver web pages securely, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to keep the website secure and working, and is kept for a short period.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
Content from Instagram and Google
- Instagram posts: the homepage shows posts from our Instagram account using Instagram's own embed. When your browser loads them, it connects to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), which receives your IP address and browser information and may set cookies. Meta's use of that information is covered by Meta's privacy policy.
- Google map: the footer of every page shows our Google Business Profile on an embedded Google map. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may set cookies. Google's use of that information is covered by Google's privacy policy.
- Google reviews: about once a week, our website's server fetches our rating and reviews from Google. Your browser does not contact Google for this. Reviews show the reviewer's name as published on Google.
3. How we use your information
In short: To reply to you, to do the job you book, to keep the records the law requires, and to understand which advertising works.

We do not sell your information, send marketing emails or newsletters, or make decisions about you by automated means.
4. Who we share it with
In short: Only the services that run our website and email, people who help with your job, and anyone the law requires.
- Services that run our website and email: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Resend (delivers enquiry form messages to our inbox), Google (our email provider), and WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there.
- Other trades on your job: where your job needs a qualified electrician, plumber or gas engineer, we share only the details they need to do their part.
- Our accountant and HMRC: for tax and accounting records.
- Anyone the law requires: such as the police or a court, where we are legally required to.
- A new owner: if the business is sold or restructured, your information may pass to the new owner, who must use it in line with this policy.
5. Transfers outside the UK
Vercel, Resend, Meta and Google may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the Information Commissioner's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
6. Cookies and local storage
In short: We set no cookies of our own. Instagram and Google may set theirs when their content loads.

9. Keeping your information safe
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only the people who need your information to deal with your enquiry or job can see it. The services we use are required to keep it secure. Ordinary email isn't fully secure, so please don't send bank or card details by email or WhatsApp.
10. Children
Our services are for adults arranging work on their homes. The website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
