SINA Kitchen Fitters
Website terms of use
Last updated 7 October 2026
In short: These terms cover using this website. Nothing on it commits you to anything, and the terms for any work we do for you are set out in your written quotation.
1. About these terms
In short: Using the website means you accept these terms. Fitting work is covered separately by your quotation.
This website, sinakitchenfitters.com, is run by Xhulio Sina, a sole trader trading as SINA Kitchen Fitters ("we", "us"), based in West Wickham, South East London.
By using the website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the website. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.
These terms cover the website only. Any kitchen fitting, wardrobe installation or flat pack assembly work we carry out for you is covered by the written quotation you accept.
2. Using the website
In short: It's free and needs no account. Please use it for what it's for.
The website is free to use and you don't need an account. We aim to keep it available and working, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove parts of it at any time.
You may view, print and share pages for your own, non-commercial use. You must not:
- use the website for anything unlawful or fraudulent
- send spam, false enquiries or harmful code through the enquiry form
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it, or disrupt them
- copy the website's content in bulk, by automated means or otherwise
- use our contact details to send unsolicited marketing
3. Information on the website
In short: The website gives general information. Your price and the details of your job are only confirmed in a written quotation.
General information. The website explains our services in general terms. It is not advice for your particular job: every home is different, and we confirm what your job involves in a written quotation after seeing photos or visiting.
Prices. Our kitchen fitting cost guide shows typical market figures from named third-party sources, with the date we checked them. They are not our prices and not an offer. We only give our prices in a written quotation.
Kitchen brands. We fit kitchens from suppliers such as Howdens, IKEA, Wren, B&Q, Magnet and Benchmarx. We are an independent fitter, not connected with or endorsed by these companies, and their names and trademarks belong to them.
Reviews. Google reviews on the website are shown word for word and refreshed weekly. Google chooses which reviews it shows first. Reviewers' views are their own.
Photos. Some photos on the website are illustrations and are labelled as such. The Instagram posts show our own work.
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that every detail is complete or current.
4. Enquiries and quotations
In short: Asking for a quote commits you to nothing. A contract only exists once you accept a written quotation.
Sending us an enquiry by the website form, WhatsApp, phone or email doesn't create a contract or commit you to anything.
A quotation is our offer to carry out the work it describes, at the price it states, for the period it says it is valid. A contract only exists when you accept a written quotation, and the quotation sets out the terms of that work, including payment, timing and cancellation.
If you're a consumer, you have legal rights when we carry out work for you: for example, the work must be done with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Where a contract is agreed away from our business premises, such as at your home, you may also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Your quotation will explain how this works.
For free advice on your consumer rights, contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.
5. Links and embedded content
In short: Other websites, Instagram and Google are responsible for their own content.
The website links to other websites, including Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, MyBuilder, BNI and the sources quoted in our cost guide. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
The Instagram posts and Google map on the website are provided by Meta and Google under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Our content
In short: The website's words, logo and design are ours. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking.
The content of the website, including the text, logo and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. The name "SINA Kitchen Fitters" and our logo are ours. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Instagram posts remain on Instagram, and reviews and map content belong to Google and the people who wrote them.
7. Our responsibility to you
In short: We take reasonable care with the website, but it's free and for information, so our responsibility for it is limited. Your legal rights are never affected.
If you're a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
The website is for domestic and private use. If you use it for a business, we have no responsibility to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
We take reasonable steps to keep the website free of viruses and harmful code, but we can't guarantee it, so please use your own virus protection.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude. Our responsibility for work we carry out for you is set by your quotation and your legal rights, not by these website terms.
8. Changes to these terms
In short: If these terms change, the date at the top changes too.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we change the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Please check them when you use the website.
9. If there's a problem
In short: Talk to us first. These terms are governed by English law.
If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us first and we will try to put it right.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your home country's courts.
If a court decides that part of these terms is invalid, the rest of them still apply. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
